1. Booking & Payment

All photography bookings are subject to slot availability and confirmation by the Cheras Academy team.

Your session is only confirmed after the required payment or deposit has been received.
Rates, inclusions, and turnaround timelines follow the active brochure or written confirmation shared by the team.
Please make sure names, contact details, preferred date, and preferred package are accurate before confirming.
Deposits are non-refundable.

If you need to adjust the session date or time, please inform the team as early as possible.

Rescheduling requests are subject to studio and team availability.
Late changes may require a new slot and may affect delivery timing.
Deposits already used to block a time slot may be non-refundable once preparation has started.
Rescheduling is allowed once with at least 24 hours notice.

Best practice: notify the team early so we can help you secure a replacement slot smoothly.

To keep the session efficient and comfortable for everyone, please arrive on time and come prepared.

Late arrival reduces the effective shooting time unless an extension is approved.
Please bring your confirmed outfit(s), props, and any reference direction discussed before the shoot.
Clients are responsible for personal items, appearance readiness, and checking any special requirements before the session begins.

Sessions will be cancelled if the client is more than 15 minutes late without notice.
Late arrivals will not be extended and will reduce session time.
No-shows are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.

Final deliverables are based on the package selected and the production scope agreed before the shoot.

Only the number of edited photos stated in the package will be delivered unless an additional editing request is approved separately.
Basic retouching, selection flow, and file format follow the package terms or the team's written confirmation.
Final edited photos will be delivered within 3–5 working days.
Clients will select their preferred photos from a preview gallery.

Cheras Academy respects privacy and handles published work carefully.

Photos will not be used for public marketing without consent where such consent is required.
If you do not want selected images to be shared in portfolios or promotional materials, please inform the team in writing before or during the session.
Clients should ensure they have permission for any third-party logos, uniforms, or branded materials they bring into the shoot.

We are not responsible for factors beyond control (e.g. client lateness, appearance, or external conditions).
While we strive for the best results, final image style follows our creative direction.
We are not liable for unforeseen circumstances including equipment failure, weather, or force majeure.
